We believe in the restorative power of retreats. We also believe in unplugging and offering nurturing care to your sweet self. We realized that we all need this kind of self-care retreat for ourselves, especially after experiencing burnouts or even to avoid burnouts.
This retreat is a guided stepping away from everyday life and the busy entrepreneurial hustle. This retreat will help inspire women entrepreneurs and business owners to learn to get more focus, be present, and taking control to prioritize their self-care.
THE ATTENDEES …
They are women business owners or entrepreneurs who always hustling. They feel like they are so busy to take a moment to relax and have a “me time”. They sometimes feel guilty to take a nap in the middle of their workday because they’re just so tired. They keep delaying their vacation because they can’t step away too long from their company.
This retreat is made for them. We understand what busy women who are trying to achieve. They’re trying to get to their goals for the business and take care of so many different things in their personal and professional life. Sometimes they forget to take care of themselves. But, they want to start investing in their self-care. They want to be guided on this. They want to know what are their options. They want to be presented with self-care ideas and alternatives that can help maximizing their self-care investment to avoid burnouts.
