The first time I heard about this book is when I went to a networking event. The founder of the organization was shuffling the stuff in her bag and noticed that she was pulling out this book. I immediately asked her what book it was and jot the title down on my phone.

Monday Morning Leadership by David Cottrell

“So much of life is about attitude and how we handle what life throws our way. Life is good–even when a situation appears to be the worst”
– Tony Pearce

A few weeks after I picked up my kindle and started to read the book. To my surprise, I like how everything is laid out nicely in conversational layout. Much like reading a novel. Each chapter is written based on one week that gives us an insight of a topic. Overall, the book gives great insight on key principles to be a better in a leadership role.
