Meet Kristie Jorfald! Kristie Jorfald grew up in a multicultural family with three very unique priorities—language, culture and diversity were continuously the focus of her upbringing. Kristie’s professional career started while she was attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. In pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Creative Writing, she was hired as an intern by the reputable Hearst Corporation to write editorials for their well-known fashion magazines in New York City (CosmoGIRL! Magazine) and Los Angeles(TEEN Magazine) during her summer breaks in college. Here, she was able to combine her passion for English with her knack for creativity. After 10 years of incredible career opportunities and higher learning experiences, Kristie decided to take a leap of faith and pursue her ultimate dream of starting her own personal styling business. As of August 2016, Kristie Jorfald Personal Stylist came to life and their mission is to teach women how to shop for their shape and build self-confidence through wardrobe styling.

Listen in to find out about her road to entrepreneurship and how fashion and style have always been part of her passion.
