We’re excited to have you at our creative brunch! 

Deepening our understanding of who we are and how we move through the world is essential to influencing processes and positively impacting in our workplaces. During this workshop, attendees will move through a series of experiential exercises and leave with a toolkit of creative strategies to design their most authentic leadership practice and career path.

Katie O’Malley, M.Ed., BCC is Leadership Coach and Educator with fifteen years of professional experience serving the nonprofit, corporate and higher education sectors. Across these workplaces, Katie noticed her strengths and values consistently steered her toward the support and development of others. In 2013, Katie translated this observation into action and pursued a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Board Certification in Coaching.

In 2017 Katie founded (en)Courage Coaching Chicago, a private coaching practice specializing in career and leadership development for Gen-X and Millennial women. Additionally, Katie works full time as the Senior Associate Director of Leadership Development at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business designing developmental workshops and providing leadership coaching to MBA students. Prior to these roles, Katie served in student leadership development offices at The University of Texas at Austin and DePaul University.

Building and fostering genuine relationships among creative women entrepreneurs can be challenging. At Creative Women’s Co. we believe that it all started at a personal level connection. We value intimate networking events as a way for us to get to know each and everyone who attend the events. Our events are less like meeting up with random professionals but a gathering to see friends, learn together and create collaborations.
